TUBULAR STRUCTURE
The tubular structure of the recuperator is provided with several principles, made in such a way as to allow correct circulation and is suitably constructed with smooth pipes which are connected to distribution manifolds.
The tube bundle is inserted inside a ferrule that allows the perfect seal of the fumes.
Fume inlet / outlet connections are included.
The working pressure of the steam is maintained by a pressure controller that controls the fumes dumper.
When the working pressure is reached, the dumper opens and the flue gas flow is directed to the chimney.
When the pressure drops, the by-pass closes and the flow of fumes goes through the path that laps the coil.
The temperature of the steam is controlled by a temperature sensor connected to a temperature controller; in case of high temperature the by pass opens.
